They both really love each other (Well Jessie likes Arbok sometimes, anyway…!) When Jessie took Arbok to Dr. Proctor's surgery straight away to make sure he was better as soon as possible; and Arbok tried to show affection to Jessie by wrapping her up as hard as he could, because she cheered him on as he tried to dance and won in "Lights, Camera, Quack-tion!" (Well, nice try Arbok…!)

Jessie & James were blubbering and wailing about how useless their pokémon was, and their tears dropped onto them, causing them to evolve. They were then itching for a fight against pikachu, but they lost anyway because of the really annoying Diglett's and Dugtrios.(Why? Oh why…?)How Jessie got Ekans in the First place:
as a "Birthday present" (revealed on the 3rd SS Anne episode)Pokémon he's actually won against:

In that episode with the pokémon race when Ash borrowed Lara Larame's Ponyta which evolved, (The flame Pokémon-athon) and that guy with the Dodrio lost and blamed Team Rocket,(I hate that guy!) he used a Glare attack which blinded Squirtle and Pikachu So they were unable to do anything, which obviously meant Arbok won!!!!! Woo-hoo!Absolute ultimate dream:
To become a very famous, rich, and admired film star of the future, along with Weezing. (he never actually got it though- bad luck!)
