Knights of the Blues Table

Knights of the Blues Table

Put together in honour and memory of Cyril Davies, one of the founding fathers of the British Blues scene, this album features a blistering specially recorded version of 'Judgement Day' by the Pretties.

The track listing reads like a who's who of British r'n'b and rock, Tony TS McPhee (a fellow Shrewsbury resident, he hasn't been banned Dick, so I'm sure they won't ban you! - in joke! Dick Taylor knows what I'm on about.), Pete Brown, Georgie Fame, Miller Anderson, Nine Below Zero, Clem Clempson, Paul Jones and Otis Grand to mention a few.

Give it a listen. The Pretties track and Miller Anderson's version of 'Don't let me be misunderstood' alone make it worth having.
