BBC 'live' recordings taking us from the early days with
'Don't Bring Me Down', 'Hey Momma', 'Midnight to Six Man', 'Buzz the Jerk', 'L.S.D', (or should that be £sd?) and 'Big Boss Man'. 'Defecting Grey' represents the psychedelic period whilst 'Parachute' is represented by ' Sickle Clowns', 'She's a Lover' and 'Cries from the midnight Circus'. Single tracks 'Cold Stone', 'Summertime' and 'Stone hearted Mama' also come from this period whilst 'Freeway Madness' gets a good showing with 'Peter/Rip off Train' and 'Onion Soup'.Obviously, various line ups are represented on this album.
All live, all spot on and well worth obtaining. I found my copy at 'Plato den Haag'.
