Travel across the road bridge from Dundee then follow signs to tayport. Then just look for signs to harbour ,you can park your car next to it, also there is a toilet close by and shops .There is 2 parts to harbour 1 is the outer and the other is just in front of the toilets.
Bait: the same as the rest of the tay
End Tackle : the same as the rest of the tay
Species: the same but with the odd small bass.
best to fish the tide coming in as you can catch flounder over the 2lb mark |

Travelling from south follow airport signs then go past airport you'll see football pitches you can fish right from there .From north follow signs airport/discovery drive until you see tesco on the right hand side you will see parking areas these are staggered all the way down to rail bridge. There is also parking at snack bar at football pitches.
Bait: lugworm ,ragworm , peelers ,herring , mackerel.
Species: flounder, coalfish , whiting, cod ,silver eel ,sea trout.
End Tackle: 2 -3 hook up and down ,size 1 hooks ok also 5-6oz lead plain so they can roll. |

Travelling from Dundee go across bridge then follow signs to Newport then drive through to wormit right down the main street the road goes right to the end beside the river and fields
Bait: lugworm ,ragworm , peelers ,herring ,mackerel
Species: flounders, coalfish, sea trout, etc
End Tackle:2 hook up &down on a plain 5-6 oz lead you can use lighter ones if you want .Some spin from points for sea trout |
