Flights;

We book flights and liaise with airlines ensuring all guests needs are met in accordance with the airlines internal policies and procedures. 

Rides on beeping buggies come highly recommended!

Transfers;

Guests are welcomed at Malaga airport and escorted to their accommodation.

Accommodation;

Our villa is in Nerja, within a 5 minute walk of the beach, bars, shops and restuarants. There is a patio area for sunbathing and meals.  The communal swimming pool is 100yds from the villa.

The guest twin bedroom is newly decorated.

The guest bathroom houses a bath, shower, sink, bidet & toilet. 

Bath towels, beach towels, linen, bathrobes are provided.

Meals;

    

All meals are provided including; home-cooked dinners, packed lunches, picnics & dinning out at a selection of restuarants.

We support guests to cook their own meals if required. 

Guests can inform us of any dietry requirement, prefrences and dislikes. 

Activities & Day Trips;

Our user-friendly guide enables guests to access details of all activities included in the price.  Some examples of which are; Beach Activities, Walks, Fishing, Swimming, Mountain Trip, Local Day Trips, Internet Access, Picnic's, Bike Rides, Cave Trip, Pedalows, Flamenca Shows, Cinema Trip, Pool & Snooker, Crazy Golf & Golf, Bars & Discos. 

24 Hour 1:1 Support;

We live in the villa with our guests, enabling us to be available to provide support at all times, including; personal care, money management, medication administration, appropriate clothing, escorting guests out and about and almost anything the guests require.

A mobile phone with programmed numbers is provided and is available where required.  This can be used when guests are out and about independently. 

Photographic Diary;

   

A photographic record of guests holidays are available. This can be either on disk on in an album. On occasions we may need to forward Diaries to guests after the duration of the holiday.

Accompanied flights with optional door-to-door service.  This service is priced in accordance with guests individual requirements.

    

We also have a selection of alternative activities that are individually priced.  These include; Sierra Nervada (ski resort), boat trips, horse riding, jet ski's, water park, long distance day trips, balloon rides, shows, theme parks, wildlife, animal & bird parks. Suggestions for further alternatives are welcomed.

24 Hour On-Call Service;

A mobile phone is provided.  This can be used at ANY time for advice, support and to arrange additional services. The on-call tean is based in Nerja.

Professional Support;

Support Workers have are fully approved together with refrences and CRB Checks.

Support Workers rates are:

Hourly; £10

Daily; £70 ~ 8 hours

Evenings; £55 ~ 6 hours

Weekly; £500 ~ 56 hours

Waking Nights; £60 ~ 12 hours

Sleeping Nights; £30 ~ 12 hours

Working times are arranged to meet the needs of our guests.

Prices do not include travel or activity costs.

Escorts, Nurses and Physiotherapists rates are priced according to detailed specifications.

Hiring Specialised Equipment;

       

We organise the hiring and delivery of; Electric Mobility Scooters, Manual Wheelchairs, Toileting Aids, Moving & Bathing, Moving & Showering & Powered Wheelchairs.

Insurances;

Supported Holidays recommends you take out an adequate holiday insurance. We can provide you with a list of groups/companies which provide insurance for disabled people.
