Added a new page - "Join".
It allows joining several files together, using an AVS script. This script is saved in
the file and
then opened as source by SB. It may help converting avi and wmv files (of
course, all files must have
exactly the same format). For example, two parts of a DivX movie can be made as
one file and then split by SB better.
Added a new page - "Batch".
It allows batch processing of several projects. Every project must be created
in advance the regular way.
Then, all the projects can be loaded to the batch list and automatically encoded
one-by-one.
Added a volume control, one for all previews. It's position is stored in the ini file.
The control appears at the right corner of the toolbar, only when pages with
a preview window are shown.
Added a new option - "Save project on "Start"" - saves the project on the
"Start" button click.
It can be turned on/off in the "Tools" menu.
Added support for the new program "DGindex", which can be used instead of
"DVD2AVIdg".
Now, if you have DGindex, DVD2AVIdg or DVD2AVI and their DLLs are all in
"System32", the right DLL
will be used depending on the used program's name (set in the "Settings" dialog).
Added Canopus ProCoder 2 support. Custom templates are supported.
The
project file now contains AVS and XML scripts for each disc.
Equidistant chapters' settings are stored now in the project file and can be
restored as well.
Custom
disc size settings are stored now in the ini and spr files.
A "CUE" file is
now modified after creation - the path/name is replaced by the
file name only.
BIN/CUE files can be moved to
another location without CUE editing.
Script preview should work better now, fluently.
Encoders handling is improved.
Few less important changes and bug fixes.
The User's guide is updated.

From this version, SB uses DirectShow instead of
VFW for file preview purposes.
Now nearly all kinds of AVI files can be opened in SB, the navigation is better.
An AVS and WMV files can be opened as well.
It requires DirectX 8 or higher to be installed.

can work now with different mpeg2dec decoders, it will search for dlls in the system folder in

and use the
first found.

"Preview" page:
It allows to preview the AVS file just like it will be seen on TV, change the
script options,
edit the script and immediately see the result.
Added "Create chapters every"...(time interval)
feature - allows creating equidistant
chapters.

ability to associate files with SVCDbuilder.

an ability to use an external audio file of the following types: wav, dts, ac3, mp3, mp2.
