Freddie "Never
Ready" Midfield Maestro, played that position due to his dislike
of anything that could involve long distances (odd for a lorry driver).
Trained hard, Guiness....Monday to Saturday and 6 EGGS
in a pint of Lager on a Sunday. Religiously
sticking to this strict continental diet he would preach to the younger
members of the side "the need to keep your protein up in the modern
game".
Freddie returns with trophy to a Hero's Welcome.

Never had a problem pulling up or tackling the opposition, though
he did encounter difficulties pulling up his zip without catching
his tackle. Cranny would say right away "I huvnae a key for that
!" leaving Skiff to do the Damage.
