Jeff Donohoe
Past Waterside DA & Southern Region Chairman.
It has been brought to my attention, that Jeff has had a rather serious stroke, leaving him paralysed down one side and unable to speak, and is in a critical condition.
Exact details are rather thin on the ground. If you have any news then please let me know.
He is at present in Mary Ward, Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth and I under stand he appears to respond to receiving cards so please get your pen out.

Jeff is a lot brighter and sitting in chair. June had a few giggles with him, and he tried very hard to string a sentence together, but got frustrated with himself. but at least he trying so its hopeful. He has not regained any feeling on right side, but it is still early days.

Jeff has been moved to Hassler at Gosport. He is looking a lot better. His face features are now back but as yet still no movement in his arm or leg.
He still has his sense of humour but speech is proving a problem still.
