Matt has been a prolific goalscorer during his 3 1/2 years at the club. He joined on a trial in January 2003 and showed enough promise for the management to offer him a contract. He repaid their faith by winning the 'Golden Boot' award in his first full season. Matt is infamous for celebrating goals by throwing up on the side of the pitch, however he has cut his daily alcohol intake to 10 pints, which has seen his fitness improve. |
